Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

ScriveNook currently offers Standard Shipping for all orders. We partner with reliable carriers to ensure your stationery and supplies are delivered safely. Delivery times are estimates and begin processing once your order is confirmed.

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Transit Time: Standard Shipping typically delivers within 5-10 business days after processing, depending on the destination.
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order leaves our warehouse.

Shipping Destinations & Rates

We ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, weight, and dimensions of your items. There is currently no minimum order value for free shipping; all orders incur a shipping charge.

The final shipping cost will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your package's journey. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active on the carrier's website.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate, including apartment/suite numbers. ScriveNook is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an address error, we will contact you via email to arrange re-shipping, which will incur additional shipping fees.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, please be aware that cross-border shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the item price or shipping cost paid to ScriveNook. We cannot predict or control these charges. Shipping Delays & Issues

While we strive to meet all delivery estimates, occasional delays due to carrier processing, weather, customs, or other unforeseen circumstances are possible. If your tracking information shows no movement for an extended period, or if you have not received your order within a reasonable time frame, please contact us at [email protected] for assistance.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact the carrier directly using the provided tracking number and notify us at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery.

If your tracking information indicates that a package was delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbors or your local post office. If the package remains missing, contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of the marked delivery date, and we will work with the carrier to investigate.
