At ScriveNook, we are committed to your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we are here to help. This policy outlines the process and conditions for returns and refunds.
Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must be:
- In its original, unused, and resalable condition.
- In the original packaging, including all accessories, tags, and labels.
- Accompanied by the original proof of purchase (order confirmation email or invoice).
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products such as opened ink cartridges, used art brushes, or personalized items (e.g., engraved pens or custom-printed planners) cannot be returned unless they are defective or incorrect due to our error.
Non-Returnable Items
- Digital downloads or software.
- Gift cards.
- Items damaged due to customer misuse or normal wear and tear.
- Items not purchased directly from the ScriveNook website.
Return Process
- Contact Us: Before sending any item back, please contact our support team at [email protected] with your order number and details about the product you wish to return. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
- Ship the Item: Securely package the item(s) and include the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package. Ship your return to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as you are responsible for the item until it reaches our warehouse.
- Inspection & Refund: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
Refunds
You will receive a full refund for the cost of the returned item(s). Please note:
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item shipped).
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except in cases of our error.
- Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
Incorrect or Damaged Items
